This Agreement is between you and Company 8PAWS INTERNATIONAL LLC Owner of the website 8paws.net and other related websites, applications and services. These terms and conditions apply to your use of the site and include the service provider's policy and the privacy policy listed here. These Terms of Use shall be complied with and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in your country as a user. 8Paws has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the update will become effective after being announced on the Site.
a company 8PAWS INTERNATIONAL LLC It is the owner of the site and provides an electronic platform that allows service providers to provide their services to customers according to specific conditions. 8Paws is referred to as "8Pawswebsite" or "we" in this Agreement.

As a second party to this agreement, you must comply with the following conditions to benefit from the website services:
Not to violate the laws and policies of the site or violate the rights of third parties.
Not to reproduce website ads and republish them on other platforms.
You will not use illegal means to access advertisements or data of other users, violate 8Paws site policy and rights, access site content, or collect and use site information in any way.
Not to use our Services if you are not legally qualified to agree to this Agreement, such as if you are under 18 years of age, or you are temporarily or permanently banned from using the Site.
Not to manipulate commodity prices in the buying or selling process, and not to cause harm to other users.
Not to post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive or defamatory advertisements or comments.
Do not review international political or sovereign affairs, prominent personalities, or any discussions not related to legitimate buying and selling on the 8Paws website.
You will not transfer your account or activity to other platforms at the time the 8Paws logo and services are displayed.
Not to infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, advertising, database or other intellectual property rights of or licensed to 8Paws.
Not to infringe other intellectual property rights or patents.
Non-violation of human rights systems or the protection of the natural environment.
Not to collect users' information for any commercial or other purpose.
Not to harm the reputation of 8Paws or take any actions that lead to defamation of its reputation.
You will not disclaim the identity of 8Paws, its representatives, or any of its employees, or pretend to be a member of the site without official permission.
Not to use this service by a non-human user, with the exception of the following technology companies:
Google
FB
Twitter
If you do not comply with these terms, 8Paws may ban your membership and prevent you from accessing the site without prior notice. You undertake not to use the site again until it is approved by the site.
Membership term:
“Membership” means the username that an individual registers on the 8Paws Online Platform, associated with their mobile phone number or email address. This membership is subject to the following conditions:
A decent and appropriate name must be chosen during the registration process.
It is prohibited to use more than one membership on the Site per individual or entity.
The phone number associated with the membership must be updated in case it changes or is lost.
If the membership name contains a trademark name, the user must own the trademark or have permission to use the name or trademark.
Membership may not be sold or assigned to any third party, and the first user is responsible for any violations or legal obligations. In the event of a sale or assignment, both parties will be deemed to be in breach of the 8Paws Platform Usage Policy. The member is also obligated not to share his membership data with anyone else.
8Paws is committed to adopting and maintaining data protection standards, however it should be noted that the Internet is not a 100% secure way to store private information. For more details, please see the privacy document.
Mating Service Provider Policy on 8paws:
8paws is a premium place that allows customers to place advertisements for their own cats and provide a mating service. To ensure a positive experience for mating service providers and applicants on 8paws, we recommend that you review and adhere to the following policy that guarantees the rights and obligations of mating service providers and applicants.
A- Transparency and honesty:
Mating service providers must display and submit their advertisements transparently, honestly and accurately on the 8paws platform. The mating service providers undertake to agree to the following points:
Provide transparent, honest and accurate information.
Display pictures of cats clearly and accurately.
Not to violate and respect the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Pay all fees and not attempt to evade them in any way.
Not to engage in manipulative practices.
Not coordinating with other service providers in setting prices.
B- Create a mating service provider account and insert a mating advertisement on 8paws:
When creating a mating service provider account and listing their cats on 8paws, they agree to the following points:
Accurately provide and make available all advertising information, including the cat's name, age and gender.
Use only pictures of their cats and not use pictures of others.
Do not include ads that violate our policies, including intellectual property rights.
You will not upload or include advertisements or content that are misleading, fake, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or that violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.
8paws has the right to remove any ad that violates our policies at our sole discretion without the need to consult with mating service providers. 8paws reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate the Mating Service Provider's account if any laws or policies are violated, and the Providers shall bear the fees due on their account.
Matching service providers agree to our fee and payment policy.
Communication and interaction policy:
When a mating service provider creates an account with us, they agree to the following points:
You will not send spam, abuse, or promote unsolicited spam or solicitations for donations.
Not to upload or include content that is offensive, misleading, threatening, or offensive to the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Not to offend or harm any other member and not to use messages to promote hatred.
If a service provider receives a message that violates our policies, they must notify us immediately.
d- Privacy of personal information
When a matchmaking service provider uses our services to place advertisements and interact with users, the matchmaking service provider will be provided with certain personal information such as the purchaser's name, location, and contact number, in accordance with applicable laws. These service providers are independently responsible for the personal information they obtain through our Services.
c- The task of the mating service provider
As a mating service provider on the 8paws platform, you must provide quality customer service and maintain the trust of the mating service seeker. When providing a mating service on the 8paws platform, the mating service provider agrees to the following points:
Respond to messages as soon as possible.
Settle disputes directly with members. If a mating service provider is unable to reach a settlement directly with a mating service requester, our team can assist through our dispute resolution system.
In the event that the mating service provider is unable to complete the transaction, it must immediately notify the buyer via the messaging service of the 8paws platform and cancel the transaction immediately. A full refund will be given, and proof of refunds must be retained by the mating service provider in the event of any disputes.
Dispute settlement system for the 8paws platform:
In the event of a dispute, buyers are generally required to contact the mating service provider directly to resolve any dispute before opening a case on the 8paws platform. Therefore, if a mating service requester files a case of non-delivery of service, the mating service provider must respond to any open case within four calendar days or within the time frame specified by 8paws in such case. 8paws may be required to cooperate with a mating service provider. 8paws may escalate the case early in some cases, such as harassment, denial of service, inactivity, manipulation or allegations of dishonesty. Cases may be brought in the following circumstances:
A- In the absence of proof that the mating service applicant has received the service.
B - If the product does not conform to the advertisement details after not being disclosed and misleading.
If 8paws determines that the service is not as described or not delivered, the mating service provider will be obligated to refund the order funds including any payment processing fees and other additional fees.
In the event that a dispute is not meritorious in our dispute resolution system, we encourage the match requester and the match service provider to work together to reach an amicable resolution.
Service rating and reputation:
Users of the mating service on the 8paws platform are able to rate the service they receive from one to five, which contributes to building the reputation of the service providers on the platform.
Fee policy and payment processes:
Fees
Mating service providers are deducted a percentage of the advertised fee as compensation for the service they provide on 8paws.
It is agreed with the mating service providers to deduct a specific percentage of the total amount of the mating as a fee for the platform, and all payments made through our platform are collected immediately after the completion of the mating service.
transaction fee
Mating service providers agree to pay a percentage of the total advertising price as a transaction fee once the service is completed via the 8paws platform. When the mating service is completed, the transaction fee is deducted from the balance of the mating service providers in their online payment gateway account for each mating.
Payment processing fees
The fees shown in this table apply to paid services made through 8paws
Payments made through the 8paws platform will be processed by the third-party payment processing service (Stripe). All transaction related fees, including taxes, must be paid.
The service provider is only allowed to withdraw funds once a month.
For the safety and security of our customers, we will keep the money owed until we make sure the customer is satisfied with the service, after which the amount will be transferred to the service provider’s account on the 8paws platform, after deducting the due fees.
Liability for fees:
A statement detailing the fees and sales of the mating service provider will be made available at the beginning of each month and will be available on their account on the 8paws platform.
If there are sufficient funds in your payment account, 8paws will automatically deduct all due fees, without the need for you to make an additional payment. However, if there are insufficient funds in the payment account, you must pay the amount due within 15 days of your monthly statement date, or you will be considered delinquent. In this case, 8paws may take actions to collect the amount due, including deducting the amount from your sales gross if the opportunity arises. You can also pay the amount owed using a credit or debit card.
8paws reserves the right to suspend the mating service provider's account and its selling privileges, until the amount due is paid.
Refund policy:
When a mating service provider allows a refund, 8paws has no responsibility to pay any fees. The Service Provider shall return the funds in full, pay the payment processing fee and bear the previous payment fee.
Intermarriage Service Requester Policy:
The 8paws platform is a platform that allows you to browse mating ads and request mating service directly from a mating service provider, and provides you with a unique experience. We advise you to review the Mating Service Requester Policy along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other policies, to know your rights and obligations as a mating service applicant on the 8paws platform. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- 8paws platform validity:
By your use of the 8paws Platform, you understand that the Platform is not part of any commercial transaction between you and a mating service provider. You acknowledge that 8paws provides a place for matchmaking service providers. You hereby:
Do not order mating service directly from the 8paws platform, but search for the mating service providers that are on the platform.
Order from 8paws platform:
Reviews are a great way to learn about matchmaking service providers and help them build their reputation, as well as warn other subscribers of bad experiences with matchmaking services.
You can submit a review with a rating of five stars. Your review and the information you provided will appear on the advertisement you have requested from the mating service provider.
By submitting a review, you represent that the content you will post will not include any of the following:
Distortion of the credibility of the evaluation system.
Unjustifiably increasing the rating of the mating service provider.
By uploading an image on the 8paws platform, you agree to the following points:
You own the image or have the right to use it.
8paws may use any Content, including images, that you upload to the 8paws Platform.
When there is a problem with the ad:
8paws is not directly involved in the transaction between a mating service provider and a mating service requester. However, we provide a system for dispute resolution in cases where the ad does not match the description. You can use 8paws' dispute resolution system.
If you decide to get a refund, you should note that 8paws allows refunds on the platform only within 15 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be made to the same method of original payment. 8paws cannot process refunds on the platform after 15 days have passed since the date of the transaction. However, you can directly contact the mating service provider to find a way to get your money back outside of the platform.
If 8paws determines that the service is not as described or not delivered, the mating service provider will be required to refund the order money including any processing or other additional fees.
If there is no dispute worth raising to our dispute resolution system, we encourage the student and the matchmaking service provider to work together to find an amicable resolution.
